When will my bag ship?  Most orders will ship out the next business day.

 

Our warehouse ships out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  If you have any questions about shipping schedules, please contact Customer Service.


The US national holidays for 2017 are below; we will be closed on these days:

  • Monday, May 29 Memorial Day
  • Tuesday, July 4 Independence Day
  • Monday, September 4 Labor Day
  • Monday, October 9 Columbus Day
  • Friday, November 10 Veterans Day (observed)
  • Thursday, November 23 Thanksgiving Day
  • Monday, December 25 Christmas Day

 

How long will my bag take to arrive?  In general service times are as follows, but may take longer. If you have questions or need your order sooner, please call Customer Service.  Please note that orders ship the next business day after they are placed.

 

  • USPS First Class Mail - 3-5 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail:  1-3 Business Days  (click here for a service map)
  • UPS Ground:  1-5 Business Days  (click here for a service map)

 

Can I see shipping charges before I place my order?  Yes! Click on My Cart at the top of the page, then scroll down to the box that says Estimate Shipping and Tax, enter your zip code, and click “Get a Quote”.

 

Why is First Class Mail not offered as a shipping option for my order? The Post Office only allows First Class Mail for packages which weigh less than 13 ounces. Packages weighing over 13 ounces must be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes, but only via the USPS (United States Postal Service). You will get a notice in your PO Box indicating that your package is being held for pickup. We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes using UPS Ground.

How do I return an item? Please fill out our Returns form.

 

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! All regular orders over $50 qualify for free shipping (excludes wholesale orders). Just use coupon code FREE50 at the Shopping Cart screen. Only one coupon can be used per order. We also have a few other ways to get Free Shipping.

 

Do you have a catalog? Yes, we have a paper catalog as well as an e-catalog that includes most of the items on the web site. To view our e-catalog, please click HERE. To order a paper catalog, please fill out this form. You can also call Customer Service or send us an email by clicking here.

 

Do you offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee? We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If at any time you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to address your issue. If your bag arrives damaged or we send the wrong bag we will replace it at no cost to you. Please visit our Customer Service page for more information on our Guarantee.

 

Where do I enter my coupon code? Click on My Cart at the top of the page, then scroll down to the box that says “Discount Codes”, enter your code, and click “Apply Coupon”

 

What are the dimensions of the bags? Each bag's dimensions are provided on its page. Scroll down to the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section below the description.

 

What is the Employee Discount Program? We offer a 10% discount to employees who work at facilities that require clear bags for work. To get your employee discount code, please email us or call Customer Service.

 

Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk pricing to retail stores, corporations, schools, and other groups.  Click here for more information.

 

Do you offer customization? We don't customize individual bags but you can contact one of the suppliers at My Vinyl Designer to have a vinyl design applied to your bag.  We can also imprint quantities of bags with your company or organization logo.  Click here for more information.

 

Do you have gift options? Our packing list does not display prices, so if you want to order an item for someone else, the recipient will not see the price paid. If you would like a gift message to display on the packing list, please call Customer Service at or send us an email immediately after you have placed your order and we'd be happy to include a gift message at no charge.

 

How should I care for my bag? The clear vinyl can be wiped with a damp cloth.  Any sticky marks or scuffs can be removed with “Goo Gone” or similar.  We don’t recommend washing bags.  To keep your bag wrinkle-free when not in use, stuff the bag with a towel or other bulky item to help it keep its shape.

 

My bag arrived wrinkled/stiff, what should I do? To remove wrinkles from the vinyl, try gently warming the clear part with a hair dryer on a low setting.  Or, stuff the bag with a towel and place it in the dryer on a low setting for about 1 minute.  Please use good judgment* and see note below regarding safety issues!  To keep your bag wrinkle-free when not in use, stuff the bag with a towel or other bulky item to help it keep its shape.

 

* Please use good judgment… we can’t take responsibility for damage done to bags based on advice provided here!  Individual appliances will have different heat settings and bags may react differently to heat.  Children should be supervised by an adult.  When in doubt please call Customer Service before undertaking any cleaning or de-wrinkling procedure.
