Important Cold Weather Advisory

You may notice upon receiving your order that clear vinyl bags tend to become stiff and inflexible in cold weather. As a result, your bag may arrive wrinkled or misshapen.

The good news is that you can restore your bag to its intended high-quality self with a few easy steps. Please use the following steps to restore your bag:

• 1. Stuff the bag with something soft and bulky like towels, socks, or T-shirts.

• 2. Apply gentle heat to the plastic. You can do this by gently heating the bag on all sides with a hair dryer, or by putting it in the dryer on LOW for about 1 minute.

• 3. Leave the bag stuffed and sitting upright until it cools.

• 4. Repeat the heating/cooling process as needed until the bag is the shape you want and wrinkle-free!

Please use good judgment… bags should not be exposed to extreme heat. Start with the lowest setting first and go slowly.
