Refund policy

We want to make sure our customers are satisfied!  We cheerfully offer refunds to our customers in case the bag you ordered is too big, too small, or not what you expected.  If your bag arrives defective, we will replace it for you at no charge. 

 

Shipping and handling are unfortunately not refundable. Also imprint orders are not refundable.
