You can view your order status online by logging on to our web site 24 hours a day. If you have questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service line at 267-888-6611 during our regular business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm, CST, and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm CST. If a representative is not available to help you, your call will be returned the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Russellville, KY. We only ship within the United States, and all shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes. Tax will be applied to orders shipped to Tennessee. Most items will ship within 1 to 2 business days and will go out USPS Priority Mail. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you to resolve the issue within 2 business days.
Returns & Replacements
Orders may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you wish to return an item you must contact us first. To return an item, please send an email to info@clear-handbags.com or call our Customer Service line at 267-888-6611, letting us know what item(s) you are returning and why. We will then send you the return address and an RMA number, which you must include with the return to receive credit.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices listed are in US Dollars. We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover drawn off US banks. All orders are subject to credit card approval. Coupon codes are subject to expiration dates and can be withdrawn without notice; please call Customer Service if you have an issue with a coupon code.
