Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If at any time you are not happy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service and we will do our best to address your issue. If your bag arrives damaged or we send the wrong bag, we will replace it at no cost to you.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service line at 1-800-881-4880 during our regular business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm, EST. If a representative is not available to help you, your call will be returned as soon as we return to the office. You can also email us or fill our our Contact Form. We try to reply to urgent emails outside of regular business hours when possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Your order will generally ship the next business day after it was placed. For rush orders, please call Customer Service. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Russellville, KY. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue within 1 business day. We currently ship only to locations within the United States. Sales Tax may be applied to orders shipped to Tennessee.
Please verify that your address is correct and complete before submitting your order. We can not be held responsible for mis-deliveries due to addresses entered incorrectly, and shipping and handling is not refundable.

Returns & Replacements
Most of our returns are because the bag was too big or too small. Please review the dimensions of your bags before placing your order to ensure you are getting the size bag you expect. Orders may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are only allowed for an item of equal or lesser value. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for orders over $500.
If you wish to return an item please fill out our Return Request Form. We will then provide you with a Return Number, which you will need to include with the return to receive credit.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover drawn off US banks. All orders are subject to credit card approval. We do not accept money orders.
Coupon codes are subject to expiration dates and can be withdrawn without notice; please call Customer Service if you have an issue with a coupon code. All prices are subject to change without notice, and all prices listed are in US Dollars.
